We have several openings for degreed engineers with 0-3 years manufacturing experience in fibers, textiles, or nonwoven fabric producers. These are for promotional opportunities in production management, technical, IT, or sales/marketing roles.
SHIFT SUPERVISORS $40-60K – Southeast – Line Management
Multiple openings in knitting, weaving, nonwovens, dyeing, and finishing. Some do not require textile experience if leadership skills and successful teambuilding history are present, having led a group of hourly employees to improve efficiencies, quality, costs, product performance, and on time deliveries.
NONWOVENS PLANT MANAGER $80-90K – Indiana – Nonwoven Filter Products
Manage carding and needle punching operation with sewing and assembly of filters. Knowledge of synthetic fiber extrusion very helpful.
EXTRUDED NONWOVENS LINE MANAGER $65-72K – North Carolina – Extruded Nonwovens Management
