$35-50K – Southeast – Management Training

We have several openings for degreed engineers with 0-3 years manufacturing experience in fibers, textiles, or nonwoven fabric producers.  These are for promotional opportunities in production management, technical, IT, or sales/marketing roles.

SHIFT SUPERVISORS

$40-55KSoutheast – Line Management

Multiple openings in knitting, nonwovens, dyeing, and finishing. Some do not require textile experience if leadership skills and successful teambuilding history are present, having led a group of hourly employees to improve efficiencies, quality, costs, product performance, and on time deliveries.

CARDING TECHNICAL MANAGER

$50-55K (plus excellent benefits and relocation plans) – Wisconsin – Carding Machinery

Lead cardroom machinery maintenance, set-up, style changer, modernization projects, cost reduction and related activities for diversified long staple yarn supplier. 

NONWOVENS PLANT MANAGER

$125K base + bonus potential – North Carolina

Requires 8+ years of carded nonwoven management.  Company has needled, hi loft, chemical bonded and calendared products for filtration, automotive, industrial and bedding end uses. 

NONWOVENS PROCESS ENGINEER

$55-70K - Nonwoven Filter Media - South Carolina

BS Engineering or similar technical discipline.  Seeks 5 years in a carded/needled nonwovens manufacturing environment charged with providing technical support to Quality Design and maintenance using Lean Six Sigma, 6S and similar techniques to continuously improve processes and products. 

WEAVING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

$90-95K – Woven Industrial Fabrics - South Carolina

Requires BS Degree and 10+ years weaving management experience.  Prefer water jet or air jet processes with spun and filament yarns, but management skills and leadership abilities are highest priorities. 

PROJECT WEAVING TECHNICAL MANAGER

$70-80K – Woven rubber hose products – Pennsylvania

Ideal candidate will have a degree in textiles or engineering.  Must have strong understanding of the whole weaving process and ability to learn rubber extrusion and solve plant and customer processing problems.  Will assist in developing rubber compounds for hose products.  Will evaluate raw material supplies and sources to help improve processes/products and reduce costs. 

FIRST SHIFT KNITTING SUPERVISOR

$50-55K – Warp Knitting - North Carolina

5+ years of successful knitting shift management.  Will consider warp or circular knitting experience and expertise.  Leadership and team building skills are key.

CUT/SEW PLANT MANAGER

BS Degree in Manufacturing or Business plus MBA is preferred.  Duties include full range of safety, quality, production, short/long range planning, cost control, reporting and direction of key production and technical charges to assure meeting plant goals.  Background in cutting and sewing. 

FIBER PROCESS ENGINEER

$60-80K – Polyester Staple – South Carolina

Polyester staple fiber producer seeks degreed engineer with experience in filament extrusion process improvement and problem solving. 

PROCESS ENGINEER

$50-70K – North Carolina - Extruded Nonwovens

Requires BSCHE, BS Textiles, BSME or related technical degree and 1-3 years chemical process or manufacturing process engineering.  Duties are to assist in improving technical aspects of the operation and solving process problems. 

PRODUCT DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

$70-80K – Molded Consumer Products Packaging & Containers – Connecticut

Need BSME or BS Plastics Engineering and 5+ years in product development injection molding.  Focus is on testing and solving problems in manufacturing of containers and bottles for shaving products, sun care, and infant care.   

QUALITY MANAGER

$85-90K – Quality Assurance – South Carolina

Position requires BS Degree in textiles, manufacturing or other technical studies and 4+ years QC exposure in knitting, weaving, and dye/finish environments to include sampling, testing, analyzing, and recommending any necessary corrective action.  Also leads customer trials and technical trouble shooting. 

YARN SALES (International)

Needs BS degree and at least 5 years relevant industrial sales experience.  Product knowledge and industry experience in woven and nonwoven is very helpful as well as use of various sales reporting and sales strategies systems to meet company goals.
