SHIFT SUPERVISORS

$40-55KSoutheast – Line Management

Multiple openings in knitting, nonwovens, dyeing, and finishing. Some do not require textile experience if leadership skills and successful teambuilding history are present, having led a group of hourly employees to improve efficiencies, quality, costs, product performance, and on time deliveries.

CARDING/SPRINNING SUPERVISORS (2)

$50K + 20% Bonus potential – Spun Sales Yarn – North Carolina

Lead night shift to optimum performance as regards to safety, quality, production, costs and on time deliveries. 

CARDING/SPINNING DEPT MANAGER

Coordinate a 3-shift operation for production, supply chain (purchasing/planning/shipping) and technical issues.

CARDING TECHNICAL MANAGER

NONWOVENS PLANT MANAGER

Requires 8+ years of carded nonwoven management.  Company has needled, hi loft, chemical bonded and calendared products for filtration, automotive, industrial and bedding end uses.

Established nonwovens plant seeks experienced manager to lead supervisors and hourly employees to meet and beat established goals regarding safety, quality, products, costs, delivery and customer satisfaction. 

NONWOVENS PROCESS ENGINEER

$60-85k – South Carolina – Carded Nonwoven and Woven Geotextiles

Job requires a technical degree and experience in carded nonwoven process and products.  Exposure to geotextile products is helpful.  Goal is to assist in developing continuous improvement with the latest development in raw materials, processes, specs, and operator practices. 

NONWOVENS PROCESS ENGINEER

$55-70K - Nonwoven Filter Media - South Carolina

BS Engineering or similar technical discipline.  Seeks 5 years in a carded/needled nonwovens manufacturing environment charged with providing technical support to Quality Design and maintenance using Lean Six Sigma, 6S and similar techniques to continuously improve processes and products. 

NONWOVENS R&D ENGINEER

$75-80K – North Carolina – Carded Nonwovens

BS Technical Degree and 5+ years of process experience is required.  Using latest technology, meet customer performance needs and keep company at the cutting edge of product development. 

PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER – EXTRUDED NONWOVENS

$60-75K – North Carolina – Extruded Nonwovens

Ideal candidate will have BS Engineering and 3+ years in extruded nonwovens (prefer Reifenhauser process).  Will be responsible for their lines quality, efficiency and maintenance. 

PROJECT ENGINEER

$60-70K – North Carolina – Extruded Nonwovens

Engineering Degree (preferred SME) with 1-5 years of classical project experience including capital expense justification dealing with suppliers/vendors and erection crews, keeping project critical planning completing assignments under budgets. 

PLANT MANAGER OF TWISTING AND BRAIDING

$80-90K – Colorado – Twisted and Braided Yarns

Client prefers degreed individual experience with 10+ years of textile management experience who has a record of achievements in building a team that is quality and performance oriented.  Knowledge of processing filament yarns is very helpful.  Incumbent is retiring in July. 

WEAVING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

$90-95K – Woven Industrial Fabrics - South Carolina

Requires BS Degree and 10+ years weaving management experience.  Prefer water jet or air jet processes with spun and filament yarns, but management skills and leadership abilities are highest priorities.

Company seeks a degreed engineer (prefer CHE or ME) with extensive experience in filament extrusion.  Ideal background would be wet spinning similar to the Tencel process.  Involves developing a new fiber from silk proteins.

SALES MANAGER

Client requires BS Engineering, Business, or Sales with heavy experience dealing directly with Detroit in selling/servicing both woven and knitted fabrics as well as managing sales engineers engaged in similar activity. 

SALES ENGINEER

Client requires BS Engineering, Business, or Sales with experience calling on auto manufactures, increasing market share and developing relationships to build new business as directed by the Sales Manager. 

PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGERS (2)
