 SHIFT SUPERVISORS

$40-55KSoutheast – Line Management

Multiple openings in knitting, nonwovens, dyeing, and finishing. Some do not require textile experience if leadership skills and successful teambuilding history are present, having led a group of hourly employees to improve efficiencies, quality, costs, product performance, and on time deliveries.

CARDING/SPRINNING SUPERVISORS (2)

$50K + 20% Bonus potential – Spun Sales Yarn – North Carolina

Lead night shift to optimum performance as regards to safety, quality, production, costs and on time deliveries. 

CARDING/SPINNING DEPT MANAGER

$50-60K – North Carolina – Spun Yarns

Coordinate a 3-shift operation for production, supply chain (purchasing/planning/shipping) and technical issues.

NARROW FABRICS R&D MANAGER

$85-95K – North Carolina – Narrow Tapes and Related Products

Textile or similar degree strongly preferred as are achievements in developing yarns, narrow knitted and woven fabrics as well as treatments for fiberglass and other industrial fabrics.  Job is to improve existing products as well as develop new ones by sorting out new ideas and learning customer needs. 

NONWOVENS PLANT MANAGER (2)

$125K base + bonus potential – North Carolina/Massachusetts

Requires 8+ years of carded nonwoven management.  Company has needled, hi loft, chemical bonded and calendared products for filtration, automotive, industrial and bedding end uses. 

NONWOVENS R&D ENGINEER

$75-80K – North Carolina – Carded Nonwovens

BS Technical Degree and 5+ years of process experience is required.  Using latest technology, meet customer performance needs and keep company at the cutting edge of product development. 

NONWOVEN PROCESS ENGINEER

$50-60K – North Carolina

0-4 years in carded/needled/or bonded nonwovens. 

PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER – EXTRUDED NONWOVENS

Ideal candidate will have BS Engineering and 3+ years in extruded nonwovens (prefer Reifenhauser process).  Will be responsible for their lines quality, efficiency and maintenance. 

PLANT MANAGER OF TWISTING AND BRAIDING

Client prefers degreed individual experience with 10+ years of textile management experience who has a record of achievements in building a team that is quality and performance oriented.  Knowledge of processing filament yarns is very helpful.  Incumbent is retiring in July.

Company seeks a degreed engineer (prefer CHE or ME) with extensive experience in filament extrusion.  Ideal background would be wet spinning similar to the Tencel process.  Involves developing a new fiber from silk proteins. 

FIBER PROCESS ENGINEER

Polyester staple fiber producer seeks degreed engineer with experience in polyester extrusion process improvement and problem solving. 

PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER

BS Degree in textiles or similar engineering studies required plus 1-3 years in woven fabrics quality control or process engineering.  Exposure to Six Sigma implementation and filament yarn extrusion highly desired. 

VP NONWOVEN SALES

$100K+ $20,000 bonus target and $500 per month car expense NC

Carded nonwovens specialty items for packaging and medical end uses. 

PACKAGING SALES MANAGER

BS Degree with 8+ years in packaging sales.  3+ years in sales management.  Specific experience selling plastic packaging similar to zip lock or Velcro closures is very helpful.
