Flexible Packaging

FP-1   Plant Manager – BS w/15+ years of proven success in managing flexo printing, laminating and bag making.  Need to know: color separations  inks, anilox selection, Six Sigma.  Three state of the art presses, laminator.  Excellent growth opportunity.  NC. $70-90K DOE
FP-2   Process Engineer – Blown Film – BSChE w/5+ years successful experience with coextruded blown film, 3 and 5 layer.  Will optimize output, run trials, etc.  Large plant.  $175 million lbs. annually.  PA. $60-80K DOE
FP-3   Global Purchasing Manager – Cap[ital Equipment.  Client seeks experienced negotiator with a background in purchasing extrusion lines, winders, etc.  Will be part of corporate team.  VA. To $100K DOE
FP-4   Product Development Engineer (2 openings).  BSChE with 5+ years film product development experience.  One opening is to support existing products; the second is in developing products for new markets.  Need to know: web handling, extrusion, lean manufacturing.  VA.
FP-5   Applications Engineer – BSChE w/3+ years experience in product and process development in flexible packaging.  Knowledge of gravure printing and adhesive lamination is required.  WI.  Salary DOE
FP-6   Plant Engineer – BS w/3-5 years plant/maintenance engineering in flexible packaging converting plant.  Louisiana.  Salary $50-65K.
FP-7   Sales Representative – To sell value-added printed pouches to the Food Industries.  NE, East.  Salary DOE.

Folding Cartons

FC-1    Offset Department Manager – degree preferred with 5-7 years experience supervising litho printing in a union environment.  IL.  To $90K DOE.
FC-2    Finishing Production Manager – degree preferred and needs 5-7 years supervisory experience in a converting environment.  IL. To $90K DOE
FC-3    De-Cutting Operators – Experienced with reciprocal cutting machines.  Need good set-up experience.  NC and PA locations.  Salary DOE.
FC-4    Offset-First Pressman – New press being installed.  Roland 7/C with Coater.  24/7 operation, 4 on; 4 off – seek experience with Roland Press.  NC.  Salary D.O.E.

Pressure Sensitive and Labels

PS-1   Quality Manager – BS and 5+ years QA experience in P.S. Labels preferably pharmaceutical.  Knowledge of printing, bindery and application processes is required as is knowledge of GMPs.  MO.   To $70K 

PS-2   Process Engineer – BS w/2-5 years process engineering experience, preferably in coating.  VA.  To high $60’s.  DOE
PS-3   Production Manager – BS w/PS Label experience.  Must know: Flexo, silk screen, offset printing.  Accountable for all production.  New England.  Salary  to $90K  DOE
PS-4   Development Engineer  - BS Chem with 3+ years product development in coating industry.  Develop new products, run tests, etc.  SC. To $60K.
PS-5   Master Production Scheduler– BS/BA w/3+ years in planning/analytical function in continuous manufacturing environment.  Experience working with planning systems.  Six Sigma a plus.  PA.  Salary $50-64K.
PS-6 Manufacturing Engineer – BS Engineering.  A hybrid position, will monitor and manage a small group (5-15 individuals) in a Technical Operation, initially on an evening or weekend shift.  The engineering role will be project and process improvement.  Must have supervisory and coating for laminating experience.  VA.  $50-65K  DOE
